OUR PROCESS

HOW DO WE DEVELOP YOUR WEBSITE?

1. Payment

Once you have decided to hire our services we process payment as a guarantee for the project.

2. Initial Consultation

We schedule a one on one consultation to set the objectives for the website at which point the client must:

Provide examples of websites they like
Decide on sections and web applications (For example Home, About Us, Gallery, etc.) content, images, materials and the placement on the site will be discussed.

3. Asset Delivery

The project will be on hold until the client has delivered all media and texts. Please send your files via email (logo, pictures, videos, text, etc).

4. Asset Review

When you send your assets our developers will review that they match what was agreed on the consultation and fit the quoted features:

Amount of sections
Included Gallery
Site Applications and E-commerce
Up to 12 hours of work
Up to 2 hours of revisions

5. Site Development

If the project is within the negotiated parameters work on your website will begin. If the specifications are exceeded a supplementary quote will be provided to include the additional needs.

All Quotes are provided on a fixed cost for the extra needs.

At that point the client can decide on accepting the additional cost or continue with the original negotiated quote.

6. First Draft

A First draft of the website will be delivered to optimize the look of your information.

7. First Feedback

Once the client has reviewed the initial development, comments will be required. Up to 2 hours of changes are included (Extra changes can be requested at additional cost).

8. Second Draft

A second draft will be submited for the client to review (including agreed upon changes) delivered within a few days (exceeding changes within the 2 hours allowance will require extra days).

9. Second Feedback

Once reviewed the client can provide comments on any changes required. Up to 2 hours of changes are included (Extra changes can be requested at additional cost).

10. Finished Website

The Final Website (with all changes) will be delivered in a few days (exceeding changes within the 2 hours allowance will require extra days).

11. Extra Changes

If additional changes are required beyond developer human errors can be requested at additional cost.

12. Delivery

If no other changes are agreed upon in 72 hours the website will be considered as completed and the site will be published to Amazon Web Services’ Hosting.

ABOUT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

DEVELOPMENT CAN BE CANCELLED WITH A PARTIAL REFUND DEPENDING ON THE STAGE:

AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION 50% OF THE BUDGET CAN BE REFUNDED.
25% BEFORE ASSET DELIVERY.
NO REFUNDS WILL APPLY ONCE ASSETS HAVE REACHED REVIEW.
